This homemade cream of mushroom soup can be made with button mushrooms, or add other delicious varieties like shiitake or cremini for a more intense mushroom flavor. Experiment to find your favorite flavor combination!

2 tablespoons of oil

300 grams of champignons
200 ml of sour cream

Way of preparation

Step 1
Grate well-washed champignons on a fine grater.
Step 2
Put 2 spoons of oil in a pan and heat it a little (it must not be hot).
Step 3
Then add grated champignons. Stew until the mushroom water evaporates.
Step 4
Add a ladle of thickening and fry a little (one minute) then pour 1/2 of cold water.
Step 5
After 10 minutes of cooking, add sour cream – cook for another minute and remove from the stove.
Step 6
Before serving, you can decorate the soup as you wish.
